• onions

i listen, when i caramelise my onions.
i watch them brown and break down.
i add water, should they need a little more.
and i’ll never rush their pace.

  • the return of the king

It’s been some time since I wrote in, though I’ve been living behind the scenes, scribbling in my notebooks when I can. Life has been beautiful, colourful, and bright.

I’ve taken the liberty of archiving all of my previous entries, though I stopped writing in at some point in early 2023; after my own winter of discontent… Despite it I met my love, and I no longer expressed myself to the intrinsic blue. For what I made this place for, it has been formidable. What’s next I don’t yet know.

I believe in reflection for refinement, and I will always choose the present over my past.

2025 brings a new chapter to my life, and I hope to make myself proud. Happy New Year.
